PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase, providing payment approval.

When placing order, please make sure to use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event your information does not match, the order may be held pending verification. 

Once your package is passed to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information *if you can not find emails from Modern Luxe, please check your spam inbox.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, once your package is passed to carrier no changes can be made.

**Please note, once the shipping carrier has your package, Modern Luxe reserves the right to not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please use your tracking number to track your package. We are not responsible for any USPS shipping delays, as shipping times are subject to change.
